I am looking for folks who love music, and tech, and are financially stable and responsible to share my home, and are also clean and respectful of others in a shared living environment. I have two rooms available, described in below.

Walking distance to Santana Row, Valley Fair, Safeway and CVS; close to 880, 280 and San Tomas Expressway.

Open to either month-to-month or annual lease, minimum six months
Internet, TV, electricity/gas and water are all included in the monthly room charge
I have a good friend who will clean the common areas once per week, this is also included in your room charge
Washer & dryer are available, detergent, fabric softener and bleach supplied
Dishwasher available, detergent supplied
Fireplace, uses natural gas
Sauna, hot tub, swimming pool, fire pit, deck and ping pong table all available
Quite, dead end, residential street with plenty of parking
One occupant for each of the two rooms (all genders welcome, working professionals)
No smoking, scent-free environment, no alcohol or substance dependency, no pets.
Background and credit check is required
I require first, last and one month’s rent as security deposit, minimum of six months
